Our client is hiring an
Accounts Payable Specialist
to work onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals who enjoy project-based assignments or are between permanent positions. What You'll Do
Accurately process and validate vendor invoices
Manage payments through checks, ACH, and wire transfers
Reconcile AP transactions and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain organized financial records and assist with reporting
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
What We're Looking For
Hands‑on experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
