About Verascape Commercial Landscape Solutions Verascape Commercial Landscape Solutions is a commercial landscape and hardscape construction company specializing in large-scale projects throughout the Southeast. Headquartered in Middle Tennessee with active operations in Tennessee and the Carolinas, we focus on multifamily, student housing, higher education, and complex commercial developments.
Our estimating and preconstruction team plays a critical role in our success. Verascape Estimators are deeply involved in takeoffs, scope reviews, value engineering, and budget development for Division 32 and Division 12 work, including landscape installation, hardscape, concrete, irrigation, and site amenities. We work closely with general contractors, project managers, and operations to ensure clear scope alignment and accurate pricing from pursuit through award.

This role is ideal for a candidate with hands‑on landscape and hardscape estimating experience who can independently manage takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation for commercial projects.
Verascape is a newer company that is growing rapidly across the Southeast, with a strong and active backlog in both Tennessee and South Carolina. Our continued expansion is creating significant opportunities for team members who want to be part of a company in a true growth phase, not one that is stagnant or overly layered.
We offer an open‑door leadership approach where ideas are encouraged, voices are heard, and contributions matter. Estimators at Verascape play an active role in pricing strategy, scope development, value engineering, and the overall success of each project.

Assist with post-bid reviews and lessons learned to improve future estimating accuracy
