This role is a temporary Senior Recruiter position with a top client in Scottsdale, AZ, sourcing and screening candidates in Accounting, Finance, and technology fields. The contract lasts six months with potential to become permanent and offers a hybrid work schedule. Pay is up to $40 per hour and interviewing immediately!
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Source candidates using databases, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and start dates
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Our Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills
Base pay range $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
