Handle full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent needs. Maintain applicant tracking system and manage job postings. Support recruitment marketing and social sourcing initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Qualifications
5+ years of related experience Bachelor\'s Degree Skills and knowledge in recruitment marketing, online sourcing, and social recruitment Experience recruiting for corporate functions Understanding of employment law Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Applicant Tracking Systems Ability to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates or complex roles Additional compensation and benefits
