Accounts Receivable Specialist

Financial Additions is assisting a growing company with an Accounts Receivable Specialist opening. The ideal candidate will have experience managing AR processes in a fast-paced environment. This position offers stability, growth, and a strong team culture. What you will do: Process customer invoices and apply payments accurately Monitor aging reports and manage follow-up on outstanding balances Support collection efforts by resolving payment issues and discrepancies Prepare AR reports and assist with cash flow tracking Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate billing What qualifications you will bring: 3+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience Strong understanding of AR workflows and reconciliation Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Seniority level
