What You’ll Do
Oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, prepaids, and accruals
Lead monthly and year‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and FDICIA standards
Prepare financial statements, Call Reports, and other regulatory filings
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure readiness for both internal and external audits
Partner closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives, budget planning, and profitability analysis
Serve as a key liaison to external auditors, tax preparers, and regulators
What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
3–5+ years of experience in public accounting or within banking
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Experience with bank regulatory reporting a plus
Leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and guide team members
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and discretion with confidential information
