Finance Manager/Controller – Rock Hill, SC
NOW HIRING for a Finance Manager/Controller for a company in the Rock Hill SC area. Candidates with a background in accounting/finance and/or experience in Capital Goods are encouraged to apply.
Salary : $95,000 – $110,000 per year (pay based on experience)
Employment type : Full‑time, in‑office, Direct Hire with company benefits.

Job function : Accounting/Auditing and Finance (Manufacturing industry)
Responsibilities Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Financial Planning and Analysis
Prepare the monthly pack for P&L and Balance Sheet
Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements
Budgeting and Forecasting – lead the budgeting process
Prepare annual budget and monitor variances
Cash Flow Management – prepare and submit weekly cash flow to corporate office
Oversee and manage AP and AR
Manage financial transactions in ERP System (MS Dynamics)
Prepare all required journal entries
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in accounting/finance
High level of computer literacy, working knowledge of ERP systems
Organized and team‑management skills
Effective written and verbal communication
