Job Overview This position is open for 30 days from 30-Dec-2025 and may close early due to applicant volume. As a financial advisor at Edward Jones, you will partner with clients to help them achieve long‑term financial goals – retirement, wealth building, estate strategies, education funding, and more. You’ll develop and grow your own practice, supported by a branch team, a home‑office team, and a regional network of financial advisors. Compensation The new financial advisor compensation program includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and compensation for new assets gathered during the first five years. Supplemental starting salary range: $45,000 – $100,000.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).

Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.

Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.

Create a highly engaging environment in the branch characterized by mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Licensing Requirements

SIE (obtainable without firm sponsorship); Series 7 and Series 66 will be required. If not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during a paid study period.

FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurance licenses will be required.

As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA and SEC) and required CE training to keep licenses in good standing.
