As a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones, you’ll develop and grow your own practice, supported by your branch team, home‑office team, and other regional advisors. Build relationships to create new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies. Understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs and create personalized, comprehensive strategies. Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality client experience. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan. Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work‑related experience in securities/financial services. Financial services and/or sales experience. Financial services registration, licensing, or certification. Professional and/or military career progression. Licensing & Training
SIE (obtainable without firm sponsorship), Series 7, and Series 66 required; registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the paid study period. FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses required. Ongoing training and CE required to maintain licenses. Benefits
