About The Position We are in need of a Senior Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) Strategy Operations Manager to drive the detailed enterprise EKM strategy, framework, and process iteration based on operational feedback and business development. In this position you will design and cascade BG/Geo/Func‑specific knowledge taxonomy frameworks, ensuring global standards and AI‑readiness for structured content, semantic tagging, and data quality. This role is key to ensuring continuous improvement and adoption of knowledge management practices across business units. This position is remote, will have core working hours in EST and is part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities

Cascade EKM strategy, framework, and processes to BG/Geo/Func teams for consistent implementation

Oversee end‑to‑end execution of EKM methodologies and operational processes, ensuring adherence to global standardsGather and analyze execution feedback to inform iterative improvements of EKM processes and methodology

Facilitate the rollout and adoption of the corporate knowledge taxonomy framework, and design BG/Geo/Func‑specific knowledge taxonomy

Ensure all knowledge content is AI‑ready: structured, semantically tagged, and high‑quality for NLP

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading global technical product operations and support

4+ years of experience leading day‑to‑day operations for Knowledge Management products

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated success implementing content governance and taxonomy frameworks in enterprise environments

6+ years of experience managing enterprise taxonomies, ontologies, or content classification systems

Experience driving digital product adoption across diverse business units

Proactive mindset, driving operational improvements with high attention to detail

Strong understanding of AI‑readiness: structured content, semantic tagging, and data quality for NLP

Strong command of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci) and agile ways of working

Deep understanding of data platforms, analytics and AI technologies across products such as Google Gemini, GPT, Anthropic Claude, Grok, Devin AI, AgentForce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub CoPilot, Google Antigravity, Cursor, Glean, CrewAI

Ability to make data‑driven decisions

Proven ability to translate technical complexity into business value

Comfort presenting to a variety of audiences from business stakeholders to executives

Experience with tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ServiceNow, or Runbook Automation platforms

Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel

Cultural competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact

Certifications are a plus: CAPM, PMP, PMI‑ACP, SAFe, CSM, PRINCE2

Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is a plus

Base salary budgeted range for this position is $155-175k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This is a remote position that will have core working hours in EST.
