Role Overview

This role is critical to our daily operations. You’ll work hands‑on with

industrial‑grade CNC machining equipment , program parts using CAM tools, and collaborate directly with internal customers to deliver precision prototypes on schedule. We’re looking for someone with a

strong digital design foundation and a passion for fabrication . Full role‑specific training will be provided.

Program CNC parts efficiently using standardized

CAM templates in Fusion 360

Load/unload materials, monitor machine status, and run production jobs as scheduled

Perform part removal, cleaning, and post‑processing while preserving critical features

Update task management systems to communicate job status clearly to requesters

Follow SOPs to maintain equipment readiness, tools, and materials for uninterrupted production

Communicate directly with customers to clarify requirements and timelines

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with

2D/3D digital design tools

(Fusion 360 or similar CAD/CAM software)

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and adapt to diverse customer needs

A genuine passion for

making and fabrication

(mechanical projects, crafts, tinkering, etc.)

Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills

Prior experience in a

prototyping or digital fabrication environment

Hands‑on experience operating

CNC machining equipment

(commercial or hobby level)

Experience with

Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Mastercam

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
