Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly manner and develop relationships.
Exceed all expectations.
Coordinate the workflow of technicians.
Recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services.
Qualifications
10+ years sales/operations/management experience (automotive industry preferred).
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Automotive experience in direct repair and diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance.
ASE certification preferred.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Good computer and phone skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
Pass background check.
Valid Driver's License.
High School degree, college preferred.
