HVAC Service Technician
Bonney Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air

Base pay range:
$80,000 – $210,000
per year. The company offers a
$2,500 retention bonus
for experienced technicians.
What Will I Do?
Service and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems.
Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications, while providing the highest level of customer service.
Perform system maintenance, tune‑ups, and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical components, refrigerant levels, and airflow.
Educate customers on system operations, maintenance best practices, and potential upgrades.
Maintain and repair HVAC systems; perform duct replacement and IAQ solutions.
Travel to job sites in the service area and work with dispatch to maintain schedule.
Maintain proper stock, tools, parts, and safety equipment in the fleet vehicle.
Diagnose service issues, replace parts, and calibrate systems to manufacturer’s recommendations.
Communicate fully with the customer on the issues and solutions.
Other duties as assigned by the company.
What Do I Need?
2+ years of HVAC experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
EPA certification.
NATE certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
