Position:
Experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor
Location:
Winston-Salem, NC
Pay:
$70k to $90k/year + 7.5% shift differential
Experience:
5 years of maintenance experience required.
4 years of supervisory experience required.
Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training required.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Type:
Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule:
Night Shift, 6:00pm am to 6:00am (2-2-3)

Industrial Maintenance Supervisor
to join a growing and dynamic team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department!
Job Description
Assign and check PM completion and track completion rates.
Manage and direct the daily activities of Mechanics and Parts Clerk.
Ensure all safety standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
Schedule maintenance employees according to workloads, vacations, etc.
Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime.
Anticipate and solve problems promptly, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsible for food safety where applicable.
Works with the maintenance team to adhere to budget costs.
Creates department procedures and facilitates training.
Position Requirements
5 years of maintenance experience required.
4 years of supervisory experience required.
Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Good leadership skills required.
Good oral and written communication skills required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
Must be able to work the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
