Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Louisville, United States location! We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused individual to provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for our valued customers.
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately in a fun and exciting environment
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace for both team members and customers
Prepare and deliver high‑quality products consistently
Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast‑paced work environment
Utilize advanced technology and equipment to process orders efficiently
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all shifts
Assist in inventory management and organizational tasks
Operate various equipment within the store
Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work atmosphere
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change
Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer‑focused mindset
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
Problem‑solving skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
Team player with a collaborative spirit and desire to contribute to overall success
