Job Description Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 12416 Dixie Highway location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading our dedicated team to success.
Oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, and cash handling
Ensure excellent customer service by setting a positive example and maintaining high standards
Manage and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures consistently
Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork efficiently
Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
Assist in marketing initiatives and work towards achieving profitability goals
Operate all equipment and prepare products according to company standards
Process telephone orders and manage inventory effectively
Collaborate with the store manager to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with 1-2 years of driving experience (depending on age)
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Superior customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment
Team management experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
