Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities Assists in providing supplies and equipment in an efficient manner, in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as directed by management, to assure the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

Uses inventory tracking logs to track equipment within the facility (i.e., pumps, poles, concentrators, nebulizers, mattresses, etc.).

Fills requisitions from departments for routine supplies and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Ensures supplies and equipment are properly maintained.

Organizes storage and issues/delivers supplies and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Ensures inventory is updated, as required, when receiving/issuing supplies and equipment.

Ensures all telephone orders and other correspondence is confirmed.

Ensures the various departments are charged with supplies they have received for cost allocation purposes.

Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Previous office/clerical experience preferred. Must have familiarity with medical terminology.
