Responsibilities
Maintain scheduled and unscheduled HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
Perform general maintenance projects and respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents.
Communicate positively with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other governing jurisdictions.
Qualifications
Experience performing maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire protection, and related equipment.
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and follow maintenance work orders and company policies.
Strong communication skills and customer‑service focus.
