A multi-billion company is building out a Shared Services Accounts Payable organization to support rapid growth and upcoming acquisitions. We are seeking experienced Accounts Payable Supervisors to lead and grow teams across Vendor Relations, Disbursements, and Travel & Expense (T&E) functions. These roles are ideal for hands-on AP leaders who thrive in a dynamic, growing environment and can adapt to evolving priorities. Key Responsibilities
Oversee AP operations, including invoice processing, check runs, and payment disbursements Manage vendor master data, W-9 validation, and 1099 compliance Lead vendor onboarding, TIN matching, and ongoing vendor outreach Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and adoption of automation systems (e.g., OCR tools, ERP platforms) Supervise, coach, and develop AP teams, fostering high performance and collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and financial compliance Qualifications
3+ years of management experience leading teams of 5+ Strong background in Accounts Payable, Vendor Relations, Disbursements, or T&E High-volume AP experience, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or similar industries Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities These roles are a great fit for
