Finance Manager

The Bolton Group is partnering with a well‑established and large homebuilder to look for a Finance Manager at its Edinburg, Texas location. This full‑time on‑site position offers a base salary of $100,000 – $130,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus and a relocation bonus may be considered.

Responsibilities

Provide financial and analytical support to drive operational success in sales, land, construction, purchasing, warranty and escrow.

Organize detailed key performance indicators and conduct financial performance analysis through income statement, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statement.

Develop and maintain reports & dashboards to analyze trends and information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).

Minimum 2 years of public accounting or homebuilding accounting/finance experience (required).

Strong ability to create reports & dashboards and analyze trends (required).

Proficiency in Power BI.

Strong data analysis skills and experience.
