Job Description Board merchant accounts to the various host networks, gateways or build the payment terminal download files by entering information into the appropriate terminal software application. Able to determine how non-routine files are built and adapt to customization per account specifications.

Job Functions

Analyze data and perform tasks related to file building. Understand and navigate the different databases that store terminal files. Accurately read, interpret and update terminal files while using sound judgement and precision when making changes and escalating issues.

Board new and existing merchant accounts to various host networks and gateways.

Process daily checks on closings to various terminals and host networks.

Show initiative in creating and implementing departmental procedures and best practices as it relates to new terminal download systems.

Monitor duties within file building departments for completion.

Basic Qualifications

HS/GED

Basic computer knowledge

Additional Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized and detailed oriented
