Our client is seeking a senior level Corporate and M&A attorney to join a dynamic and collaborative corporate transactions group.
What You’ll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including stock and asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition agreements, employment agreements, NDAs, limited liability company agreements, stockholder agreements, and corporate governance materials
Coordinate closely with internal team members, clients, and opposing counsel to manage transactions and ensure deadlines are met
What We’re Looking For
Six to eight years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship building abilities, with regular client and opposing counsel interaction
A positive, team oriented attorney who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys managing multiple matters while continuing to expand their skill set
Why This Opportunity
1,800 billable hour requirement
Base salary range of $240,000 to $290,000 per year
$2,500 annual business development budget
Hybrid work schedule with up to three days per week work from home
