Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence, drafting, and closing activities

Handle general corporate needs for emerging companies and established businesses
Collaborate with partners and clients across multiple practice areas as needed
Qualifications
1–10+ years of broad corporate transactional experience
Versatility across commercial contracts, corporate governance, or M&A support work
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Strong drafting, client communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage a diverse workload and shifting priorities
