The Opportunity Our Client is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its growing practice in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The ideal candidate is passionate about family law, client advocacy, and delivering high-quality legal work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse family law caseload, including divorce, custody, support, and related matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable outcomes
Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex matters
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
2+ years of family law experience (preferred, but open to strong early-career attorneys)
Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills
Client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
