Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Corporate / M&A Associate Attorney A well‑established and respected law firm in Orlando is seeking a Corporate / M&A Associate Attorney to join its growing transactional practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated middle‑market and strategic transactions while gaining meaningful responsibility and client exposure.

What You'll Do

Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex corporate transactions

Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents

Conduct and manage legal due diligence for M&A transactions

Assist with entity formation, governance, and general corporate matters

Work closely with partners and clients to structure transactions and manage deal timelines

Collaborate with tax, finance, and other practice groups as needed

What We're Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active member of The Florida Bar in good standing

2+ years of corporate and/or M&A transactional experience

Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast‑paced environment

Professional, client‑facing communication style
