Enterprise Electrical
We are looking for a Service Manager to build, lead, and scale Enterprise Electrical's service department for the San Antonio branch. This role involves building service processes, managing technicians, pricing, customer relationships, and ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable work.
Enterprise Electrical pay range $90,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
Build and launch the service department from the ground up, including workflows, pricing practices, and operational structure
Provide leadership and oversight for all service operations, including planning, execution, and job closeout
Leverage hands‑on commercial electrical experience to ensure high‑quality service work and code compliance
Estimate, price, and approve service work including time‑and‑material and small project scopes
Utilize Excel‑based tools and internal pricing models to support accurate estimating and profitability
Serve as the primary customer‑facing leader for service clients and service‑related inquiries
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded service work
Directly manage service technicians and support future service hiring as the department grows
Conduct field visits, job reviews, and quality checks to ensure safety, productivity, and workmanship standards
Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, OSHA regulations, and Enterprise Electrical safety policies
Utilize BuildOps service software for service ticketing, tracking, and reporting
Collaborate with branch leadership to grow service revenue and improve margins
Experience building systems and structure rather than inheriting them
Qualifications Education, Experience, and Skills – Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Education, Experience, and Skills – Preferred
Journeyman or Master Electrician background strongly preferred
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of commercial electrical experience
Prior experience running a service department or small business
Proven experience managing field personnel and service operations
Experience estimating and pricing electrical service work
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong technical knowledge of commercial electrical systems and service work
Ability to estimate and price service projects accurately
Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to operate effectively in a startup or greenfield environment
Proficiency with Excel and general estimating tools
Ability to adapt to new systems and software

Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support service needs
