The individual will manage and develop programs, coordinate and track projects, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in Des Moines, IA, offering flexibility to work partly from home while attending on‑site activities when necessary.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Program Management and Program Development
Proficient in Project Management and organizational skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience working in education, community engagement, or STEM‑focused organizations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
