Facilitate workshops for small student groups following a structured, playbook-based curriculum
Conduct 1:1 and small group motivational sessions designed to drive students toward ambitious learning targets
Employ storytelling, vocal techniques, and enthusiasm to captivate students and guide mastery of complex skills
Leverage AI tools and individual learner profiles to tailor incentives and sustain high engagement
Monitor student advancement, conduct mastery-based evaluations, and refine approaches using outcome data
Basic Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in group settings (teaching, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable environments)
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven record of academic achievement (e.g., National Merit Scholar, early college enrollment, academic competitions)
Available to work on-site at the GT campus in Georgetown, TX
Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
