Responsibilities

Serve as an operational expert, ensuring accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance.

Assign daily tasks based on workload and guest traffic, aligning with business priorities.

Collaborate with all teams and leaders to ensure the store is guest‑ready.
Stay informed on relevant trends and products, sharing Target communications at team connection moments.
Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest‑centric team with onboarding, coaching, and skill gap reduction.
Work a flexible schedule across early, evening, overnight shifts and weekends.
Support guest services such as backup cashier or digital fulfillment while maintaining compliance.
