Looking for qualified interpreters! As a busy interpreting service provider, we are seeking to onboard hard‑working, fully bilingual foreign language interpreters to provide in‑person interpretation for our local Nebraska clients. We have an immediate need for Burmese interpreters in the Lincoln area.
Requirements
Fully bilingual
Excellent communication and listening skills
Familiarity with medical terminology
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality / HIPAA compliance
Interpreters must be in person only; must have transportation locally
Technical skills for learning/using online portal (printing and uploading vouchers required)
Must have access to a printer
Interpreting experience and/or certification preferred
Background checks and drug screens required
Schedule is PRN (as needed), part time (or less depending on languages spoken) and is flexible based on interpreter availability; applicants must have some availability M-F 7 AM‑5 PM.
Proof of Vaccination Requirement: As a company providing interpretation services to medical facilities, we require all interpreter candidates to provide proof of vaccination as part of our hiring process. If you have a medical or religious exemption, please inform us, and appropriate accommodations will be considered. Please be prepared to submit your vaccination proof or exemption documentation prior to your interview. All medical information will be handled confidentially.
