What Will I Do?
Prepare and manage daily reports
Collect and process customer payments
Provide phone support to field technicians
Review and organize documents
Assist with financing‑related processes and paperwork
Do I Have What It Takes?
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable handling payments and sensitive information
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient with basic office software and systems
