About the Role We’re seeking a reliable, organized Personal & Studio Assistant to support the administrative and day-to-day needs of a growing beauty business. This is a flexible, part-time hybrid role—ideal for someone who doesn’t mind receiving tasks throughout the day as they come in and can fit work into their existing schedule. This role is dynamic, and not every task will occur daily. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working independently with guidance as needed.
What You’ll Be Doing Most tasks are non-urgent and can be completed within a flexible timeframe. When something is time-sensitive, clear communication will be provided in advance. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Executive Support:
Managing and curating social media content, monitoring the CEO's email inbox, and preparing refined daily “run of show” briefs.
Research & Documentation:
Researching and compiling information into organized, well-formatted documents for ongoing projects.
Logistics & Shopping:
Placing orders, occasionally picking up supplies, and shopping for studio and business materials.
Scheduling:
Assisting with scheduling salon and personal appointments and helping manage and organize the daily and weekly schedule.
Studio Maintenance:
Tidying the salon space during in-person shifts and assisting with the sanitation and organization of tools and supplies.
Tech Management:
Supporting website updates (Wix/Squarespace) and managing vendor communications (Square/Acuity).

iPhone/Apple device

A self‑starter who can help shape structure as we continue building CEO workflows and daily systems.
Schedule & Growth This position is super flexible, starting at approx. 5–25 hours per week, depending on business needs. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a young Gen Z entrepreneur and eventually take on more responsibility as the business scales.
