We are seeking a dedicated Autism Specialist Professional / Behavior Therapist to join our growing New Hampshire team. This part‑time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make your own hours while providing high‑quality ABA services in a supportive environment.
The Autism Specialist Professional will: - Implement clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior. - Provide ABA‑based instruction to promote the development of new skills under the direction of their supervising BCBA. - Monitor client behavior, collect data on behavior and skill acquisition, and report the data back to the supervising BCBA. - Work collaboratively with the supervising BCBA, either in‑person or via a telehealth modality, and with the client’s family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED
At least two years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities
Minimum age 18 years
Pass a criminal background check
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Availability to work after school and evening hours
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Experience in applied settings implementing behavioral interventions preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
A compassionate approach to care
