Autism Specialist Professional – FFS
Location: Alton, NH.
Join Northeast Family Services as an Autism Specialist Professional (Behavior Therapist) in our New Hampshire team. This Fee‑For‑Service position offers part‑time hours (10–20 hrs/week) on your own schedule and pay up to $20 per hour.
Responsibilities
Implement clients' behavior support plans to reduce problematic behavior.
Provide ABA‑based instruction to promote development of new skills.
Monitor client behavior and collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.
Report data to supervising BCBA.
Collaborate with supervising BCBA, clients, and families via in‑person or telehealth modalities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least two years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
18 years of age or older.
Pass a criminal background check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access.
Availability for after‑school and evening hours.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Experience implementing behavioral interventions in applied settings (preferred).
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Compassionate approach to care.
