Orthopedic/Rehab Nurse - PRN

Responsibilities
Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift.
Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation.
Collaborate with a variety of health‑care professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
One year of experience in a medical‑surgical unit.
Active Texas RN license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Nursing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
Requirement to maintain quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post‑hire.
