Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment for residents.
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in non‑routine personnel tasks, ensuring a clean, safe community.
Maintain resident records daily, documenting medication distribution, activities, incidents, observations, and changes in condition or behavior.
Complete accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances, per policy.
Assist with medication cart audits as directed by leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Current Medication Technician, CPR, and First Aid certifications from a state‑approved program.
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
