Join Pro Rehab, a leading rehabilitation company with over 35 years of experience. We are hiring a Physical Therapist for our site in Chaska, Minnesota, with occasional float to Waconia. New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome. No productivity requirements. Position Details

Full-Time Wage:
$45 - $55 / hour depending on experience Bonus:
$5,000 paid over 18 months or tuition reimbursement Benefits:
Mileage reimbursement ($0.70 / mile) and up to $5,000 bonus Location:
Chaska, Waconia, and Maple Plain Responsibilities
Assess & diagnose patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to improve functional deficits Provide hands‑on therapy, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on pain management techniques and fall risk safety; teach exercise and injury prevention Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a bachelor’s degree Current accredited MN Physical Therapist license Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations for home health care Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations Effective communication in English, both verbal and written Benefits
