The Villages, FL 32163 We are seeking a compassionate and organized Part Time Veterinary Client Service Representative and Receptionist to join our team in The Villages, FL. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets, often during stressful situations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with animals, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in managing front desk duties efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar accurately. Handle client check‑ins and check‑outs, including processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Maintain and update patient records with attention to detail and accuracy. Answer phone calls promptly, provide information, and direct calls as necessary. Assist clients by answering questions and providing support during stressful or emotional situations. Demonstrate understanding of basic veterinary terminology and procedures to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Work collaboratively with veterinary staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure. Perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Required Skills And Qualifications

Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or veterinary client service representative (CSR) preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills with empathy and compassion for clients and their pets. Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns. Proficient computer literacy, including experience with scheduling software and maintaining electronic records. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable and confident working around animals of various sizes and temperaments. Financial acumen to handle payments and maintain accurate transaction records. Calmness under pressure and adaptability to changing situations. Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely. How to Apply
