Dialysis Outpatient LPN: Patient Care & Education

A healthcare provider is seeking an Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN LVN) in Winchester, Kentucky. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, perform dialysis procedures, and educate patients and families on treatment and care management. Successful candidates will be graduates of an accredited nursing program with state licensure and will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
