Job Description
Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Walk and move around facilities, spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal, and debris removal.
Qualifications Experience:
Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation:
A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required to travel between work locations and/or conduct work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
