Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Transport and lift items up to 35 pounds
Walk and work in facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds free of debris
Qualifications
Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between work locations and other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available)
