Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Portland, ME, with opportunities for remote work. As a Sales/Customer Success Professional, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and driving customer satisfaction. Primary tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales calls, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the team to implement effective solutions. You will serve as a trusted consultant, assisting clients in understanding and leveraging CampTek Software's automation offerings to meet their business needs.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, client relationship management, and account management skills
Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking abilities for identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with Intelligent Automation technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and RPA
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self‑motivated and proactive
Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and reporting platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
Prior experience in technology solutions or software sales is a plus
