Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sterling, VA for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, managing accounts, and collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales goals. Additionally, the Sales Manager will represent the hotel professionally and ensure client satisfaction through tailored solutions and services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Strong skills in Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Account Management
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Reporting tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar client-facing role is a plus
