Fisher College | Management and Human Resources Position Overview
The Fisher College of Business is accepting applications for a Semester Lecture appointment (temporary position) to teach undergraduate and/or graduate course(s) in the Department of Management and Human Resources Management. Duties include but are not limited to: holding office hours; grading assignments and submitting grades; may participate in curriculum development and course coordination. All courses are taught in person on the University’s main campus in Columbus, Ohio. Performance Objectives
Presenting course material and guiding students through assignments Creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment Demonstrated commitment to student success. Collaboration with fellow instructors Education And Experience Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Desired Qualifications
Experience teaching in a learning setting including, but not limited to, K‑12 classroom experience or higher education teaching as an instructor of record or graduate teaching assistant. Required
