Hours:
Flexible schedule, no weekend or holiday requirements, single setting, pick up visits that fit your schedule.
Position Highlights:
PRN – pick up visits that fit your schedule, no weekend or holiday requirements, work in a single, well-equipped independent living setting – no travel between facilities, steady patient base, electronic documentation system.
Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient therapy to residents.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic system.
Communicate progress and treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Build relationships with residents to promote independence and mobility.
Qualifications:
Active Michigan Physical Therapist license.
Outpatient or senior care experience preferred.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Passion for working with older adults.
