outpatient therapy
to our residents. This is a great opportunity for a PTA who values relationship‑building, a manageable caseload, and the satisfaction of helping seniors maintain their independence.
Position Highlights
PRN – pick up visits that fit your schedule
No weekend or holiday requirements
Work in a single, well‑equipped Independent Living setting — no travel between facilities
Enjoy a steady and familiar patient base
Electronic documentation system
Requirements
Active Michigan Physical Therapy Assistant license
Outpatient or senior care experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
A passion for working with older adults
