Responsibilities
Operate main lobby: check‑ins, check‑outs, guest visits and tours
Answer phones and handle calls professionally
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and guest areas
Schedule appointments and maintain files
Enter data into the system
Qualifications
Love of animals
Professional manner at all times
Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays
Lift/carry 40 lbs or more
Stand/walk for eight hours a day
Fast‑paced environment readiness
Computer proficiency
Handle dogs on leashes and work with disinfectants/chemicals
Essential Job Functions
Welcome guests and pets
Identify animal behavior
Follow safe handling procedures
Check pets in/out while providing excellent service
Escort pets to rooms
Take reservations over the phone
Work individually and as a team player
Maintain facility cleanliness
Communicate with management and team members
Required Education
High School Graduate or equivalent
At least 1 year of professional animal experience
