Job Description
Assists in the operation and general maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems.
Properly stores, cleans, and disposes of all supplies and equipment used per departmental policies and procedures.
Applies protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, lacquer, and related materials to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, furniture, equipment, and other property.
Maintains existing paint surfaces by matching and tinting appropriate paint products.
Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements Bachelor's, High School Grad or Equiv (Required) Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range: $19.22 - $35.75
