What You Will Be Doing
Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating individualized motivational strategies that engage students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Interpreting student achievement data to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate meaningful insights
Partnering with technical staff to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula
Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
