Your role: create and implement workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in expanding that program to campuses nationwide.

This role isn't about lesson‑plan administration. It's about data‑informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading program that serves thousands of students effectively.

What You Will Be Doing

Implementing adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities

Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks

Reviewing student performance data to optimize instruction and identify actionable findings

Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes

Building scalable, AI‑enhanced materials that support early elementary students in reaching grade‑level reading proficiency

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)

At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students

Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula

Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
